So far, we have had 325 pageviews ever, which makes it definitively within the realm of possibility that one of those people was a writer for 30 Rock. In fact, according to our stats, no fewer than 6 people have found this blog by searching "richard marx." Could one of them have possibly been Tina Fey? Yes. Theoretically, it is totally possible! However, I suspect at least 5 of them were Europeans looking for real Richard Marx info.
